Our play-based preschool classes have evolved into a well-known and respected program.
St. Paul's Nursery School is founded in the beliefs supported by National Association of the Education of the Young Child (NAEYC). Our play based curriculum supports the development of the whole child - socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. We respect each child's unique learning style, abilities and developmental level. We believe that hands on learning, where the curriculum can emerge from the child's interests, needs and desires, allows that child to learn in a way that is concrete and meaningful and consistent with child development experts. > more
In an atmosphere of love and understanding, our program provides for this important social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth under the guidance of trained teachers and aides as well as participating parents. We are a nonsectarian program open to children from 3 years to 5 years of age. We are a co-op program with required parent participation. "Juniors" (three years old) attend three days per week, and "Seniors" (four and five years old) may attend three or four days per week. > more
